These two girls are Alexandra(blonde one) and Maggie, the original characters by Tracy (aka Hook's Wench) and Dendraica each. They're preparing themselves for a party.
It was drawn with MSPaint a few months ago.
It's very well done, the faces are gorgeous and perfectly applied to their heads. The hair is a solid mass, but still looks like it has individual strands. Unbelievable.

Totally irrelevant, but I love how much Maggie looks just like Disney's Wendy. I tried drawing Wendy with her hair down and I wanted to make it look like you drew it (looked more like Sleeping Beauty. )
